These Terms & Conditions apply to AM Productions, a photography and cinematography studio operating in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, Pakistan, and to the website amproductions.pk. By using this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, or booking our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking, payment, and scheduling

Inquiries submitted through our contact form, WhatsApp, or email do not reserve a date by themselves. A booking is confirmed only after AM Productions receives the advance payment stated in your written quote or agreement and confirms availability for your event dates and venues.

• Service area: We provide photography and cinematography services within Islamabad and Rawalpindi unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific outstation assignment.
• Scheduling: Provide accurate event dates, venues, travel windows, and coverage priorities. Changes to dates, venues, or crew requirements may affect pricing and availability.
• Advance payment: Your date is officially reserved only after the agreed advance is received. Verbal promises without payment do not guarantee a slot.
• Cashless payments: AM Productions operates on a cashless basis for website and digital bookings. Accepted channels include bank transfer, Raast, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and other digital methods listed on our booking guide. Send payment proof to booking@amproductions.pk.
• Remaining balance: Any remaining balance is due according to the schedule confirmed in writing for your package (commonly before or on the event day).
• Quotes and calculators: Package prices, daily offers, and Custom Calculator totals are estimates until confirmed in a booking agreement. Add-ons such as Outdoor Shoot, Sehra Bandi, and Welcome Home are included only when selected and confirmed.

2. Cancellations and rescheduling

Advance payments are non-refundable if you cancel. Rescheduling is subject to crew and calendar availability and may incur additional charges depending on timing, travel, and production costs already committed. Request changes as early as possible in writing.

3. Delivery of work

Unless a different timeline is confirmed in writing, standard delivery is approximately 2–4 weeks for edited images and 6–8 weeks for cinematic films after the event date. Rush delivery may be available at an additional cost. Delivery depends on timely provision of selects, feedback, and any required client approvals.

4. Intellectual property and media rights

AM Productions retains copyright and ownership of photographs, films, edits, albums designs, website content, branding, text, graphics, and other media assets we create, unless a written agreement states otherwise.

• Clients receive a personal-use license to enjoy delivered images and films for private, non-commercial purposes.
• Commercial reuse, resale, or re-licensing of our work requires prior written permission.
• Portfolio and promotional use: we may display selected signature work on amproductions.pk, social channels, and marketing materials. If you need private coverage with no public publishing, request this in writing before booking (for example, a Private Coverage arrangement).
• Website content, guides, pricing layouts, and interactive tools on amproductions.pk are protected. You may not copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions without permission.
• In cases of late payment or non-payment, AM Productions may withhold delivery and reserves the right to publish selected work for portfolio purposes as permitted by these terms.

5. Website use and user responsibilities

When you use our digital booking platform, quote tools, contact forms, or account-related features, you agree to:

• Provide accurate name, contact, event, venue, and delivery information.
• Use the website only for lawful inquiries and bookings related to our services.
• Not attempt to disrupt, abuse, scrape, or reverse-engineer the website, calculators, or security controls (including CAPTCHA / Turnstile where shown).
• Not submit malicious, fraudulent, or misleading content.
• Keep payment screenshots and booking references for your records and send them only to official AM Productions channels.

We may refuse or cancel requests that violate these responsibilities or appear fraudulent.

6. Limitation of liability

AM Productions provides professional media services with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including venue restrictions, extreme weather, traffic, power failures, force majeure, or client/vendor schedule changes.
• We are not responsible for guest phone interference, venue lighting decisions we do not control, or third-party vendor mistakes.
• Our total liability related to a booking is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
• The website and quote tools are provided “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that every estimate will match final production conditions until confirmed in writing.
• External links (WhatsApp, maps, social platforms, payment apps) are operated by third parties under their own terms.

7. Additional services and custom add-ons

Outdoor shoots, Sehra Bandi, Welcome Home, drone, extra crew, and similar add-ons are not included in standard packages unless selected through our Custom Calculator or confirmed in writing. Pricing and availability for add-ons are confirmed separately.

8. Frame and crystal orders

All frame and crystal orders require 100% advance payment. Orders cannot be canceled once production begins. Delivery charges apply separately within Islamabad and Rawalpindi. 9. Acceptable content and advertising

amproductions.pk may display advertisements (including Google AdSense) subject to our Privacy & Cookie Policy. You must not use the site to upload or request content that is illegal, harmful, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law or advertising partner policies.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as our services, technology, or legal obligations change. The effective date on this page identifies the latest version. Continued use of the website or booking of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
